Praxis

Praxis is a document assistant that queries the documents of a professional firm or organisation and answers questions in natural language, always citing the source: the document and the exact page the information comes from.

The way it works is simple. Documents are gathered into files, like the folders of a case, you upload what you need and ask your question in your own words. Praxis reads, finds the relevant passage and returns the answer with a precise reference. If the information is not in the uploaded documents, it says so openly and does not make up answers.

This is the difference that matters in a professional context. Every answer is anchored to verifiable evidence, not to a plausible reconstruction. Readers can trace the source in an instant and check it, without having to take anything on trust. The discipline of citation turns a conversational assistant into a reliable work tool.

Praxis is available on two channels. On the web at praxis.concierge24.it, with a private area for each organisation. And on WhatsApp, to ask questions from your phone with a simple message: each number is linked to its own organisation and only accesses its own documents.

Confidentiality is part of the design, not an add-on. Access requires a second authentication factor, each organisation lives in an isolated space that only sees its own documents, and within the firm access can be restricted file by file: the administrator decides who sees what, making certain cases visible only to authorised people. A designated contract holder ensures continuity and control of permissions over time.

Under the surface, Praxis runs on cloud infrastructure in Italy qualified by ACN (the Italian National Cybersecurity Agency), with its primary region in Bergamo and disaster recovery in Arezzo. The generative AI model runs on Google Vertex, which is also ACN-qualified. Everything is part of Magellano Tech’s Integrated Management System, in particular the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security and UNI CEI ISO/IEC 42001:2024 for artificial intelligence management systems.
