Polaris

A hospital works when information does not get lost between one department and another. Polaris OS was created precisely for this: an integrated information system that brings clinical units, wards, administration and management together on a single set of data, from admission to discharge. One single system, not ten programs that don’t talk to each other.

Admissions and booking (CUP), outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, operating theatres, medical records, diagnostics and imaging, pharmacy, administration, staff and management all live on the same platform. Operators don’t chase data across different screens: they find it ready, at the level of detail their role allows.

Integrated means something concrete. The figure on the director’s dashboard is the same as on the invoice in administration and the same as on the report in the ward. A single piece of data, updated in real time, that nobody has to re-enter. Fewer errors, less time wasted, decisions based on real information.

Polaris is also built to connect with the outside world: Electronic Health Record (FSE), pagoPA, Sistema TS, regional data flows, agreements and insurers, all without leaving the platform. It connects via API with the applications you already use.

And then there is artificial intelligence, not as a slogan but as real work. Concierge24, integrated into Polaris, handles requests and bookings on the channels people use every day and takes operators and patients straight to where they need to be, while along the care pathway AI supports clinical and organisational decisions.

Trust is built on facts: role-based access, every action tracked, data kept in Italy on qualified cloud. And a certified scope that few Italian software houses can show, from quality (ISO 9001) to information security (ISO/IEC 27001 with cloud extensions), from IT service management (ISO/IEC 20000-1) to business continuity (ISO 22301), through to artificial intelligence management (ISO/IEC 42001). Compliant with the AI Act and the GDPR, fully featured on desktop and available as a mobile app.

Polaris OS: one system, the whole hospital.
